Built for hands that shake
Blendolo aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and goes further where tremor needs it.
Our rules, on every screen
- Main buttons are at least 88 pixels tall. Every other button is at least 64 pixels, with room between them.
- "My hands today" makes everything bigger when you need it: steady, a bit shaky, or very shaky or stiff.
- A tap counts when you lift your finger. A second tap straight after is ignored, so a tremor can't press twice.
- No dragging, swiping, pinching, double taps or long presses.
- No time limits. Every answer is saved as you go, and "Finish later" is always there.
- Every control has a visible text label, so Voice Control on iPhone and Voice Access on Android can use it by name.
- Step cards can be read aloud.
- Large text, strong contrast, and one decision per screen. We say "Step 2 of 5" in words.
- If your phone asks for less motion, we don't animate.
- "Delete everything" asks on its own page. Everywhere else you can undo instead.
How we test
- Automatic accessibility checks with axe on every change.
- Button and link sizes measured in a real browser at phone width.
Known limits
Hands-free photos need a recent browser with camera access. If the camera doesn't work, "Choose a photo" always does. Read aloud uses the voices your phone has.
