Look Pack
If you haven't used any of a pack's credits, you get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of buying it. The pack's credits go when the money comes back.
Clinic plan
Cancel any time with "Manage" on your account page. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and the next month isn't charged. We don't refund part of a month. If a month is refunded, its credits and the plan end then.
Something went wrong
Charged twice, or charged for something that didn't work? Write to us and we'll put it right.
How to ask
Write to us with the email address you paid with and the date. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. It can take 5 to 10 business days to reach you.
